These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Lakshmi Computer Press (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Services

We provide custom printing services, including but not limited to banners, flyers, brochures, business cards, and merchandise.
All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders must be placed through our email, or our authorized representatives at shop.
Full payment (or a advance deposit, if agreed) is required before production begins.
• Accepted payment methods: By Cash, bank transfer or UPI whatever is applicable.

4. Design & Content

You are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, or designs you provide for printing do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other legal rights.
We may refuse to print any material that is unlawful, offensive, or violates our content guidelines.
By providing any content, images, or designs for printing, you confirm that they do not infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, or other legal rights. You acknowledge and agree that such materials are submitted to our production house only after you have ensured compliance with applicable laws and rights.

5. Proofs & Approval

We may provide a digital proof for approval before printing.
Once you approve the proof, we are not responsible for spelling errors, design issues, or inaccuracies.
Please note, we may delete your submitted design/content 15 days after delivery of the order from our records. We therefore request you to retain a copy of the final approved file for your own records.

6. Turnaround & Delivery

Estimated delivery times will be communicated when you place your order.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping charges (if any) will be added to the final bill.

7. Reprint or Refunds

We will provide a reprint or refund if:

Since all orders are custom-printed, refunds or reprint are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
There is a printing error caused by us that differs from your approved proof.
Any claims must be reported within 2 days of receiving the order.
Proof of damage (photos) must be provided.

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production starts. Once printing begins, cancellations are not possible.
If eligible, refunds for cancellations will be processed within 2 business days via the original payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bihar/India only.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Begusarai, Bihar.
